DECORAH - The Vikings scrambled the District 3 picture with a dominating victory over ninth-ranked West Delaware.
Collin White led the way with 162 yards on 27 rushes as Decorah out-gained the Hawks, 337-166.
The Vikings committed just two penalties and no turnovers, leaving both teams even at 3-1 overall and 1-1 in the district.

Wes Burnside only carried the ball eight times for Union, but finished with 192 yards and three touchdowns. Knights quarterback Steve McGarvey went 5-for-8 for 147 yards and two TDs.

FOREST CITY - Taylor Manning outscored and outrushed the Forest City offense as the Comets improved to 2-0 in district play and 2-2 overall, The 6-foot, 175-pound senior rushed for 244 yards and scored on runs of 7, 7, 15, and 68 yards.
The Comet defense limited the Indians to 70 rushing and gave up only 111 yards passing.

SAINT ANSGAR - Saint Ansgar and No. 1-rated Emmetsburg took turns scoring, but in the end, a missed kick for the PAT was the difference.
For the Saints, Cody Marsh scored a pair of touchdowns and gained 113 yards. Gary Naig scored the three Emmetsburg TDs on runs of 13, 14, and 84 yards.
The Saints managed to get the ball to the EHawk 30 but turned it over on downs with less than two minutes to go.

FAIRBANK - Wapsie Valley's scoreboard lights got a thorough workout Friday as the Warriors (3-1) piled up points in historic fashion.
Nine players scored touchdowns for Wapsie, which rolled up a 483-17 edge in total yardage while holding Midland to just two first downs.
Jacob Wenger ran for 135 yards and two touchdowns on just five carries, while Wapsie quarterback Brandon Niebuhr had a near-perfect night on 6-for-7 passing for 108 yards and two TDs.
Going up 28-0 in the first quarter and 62-0 by halftime, the Warriors forced nine turnovers and didn't punt all game.

ELGIN - East Buchanan quarterback Justin Hoffman was supposed to throw, but ran to victory instead.
After Taylor Connolly's touchdown run in the second overtime period, the play called for Hoffman to pass for the two-point conversion. A botched snap forced Hoffman to pull back and run, though, and his trip to the end zone evened the Buccaneers' record at 2-2 overall and 1-1 in District 4.
Jordan Gerbracht piled up 181 yards on 32 carries for the Bucs with three touchdowns.
Blaine Everman ran for three Valley TDs, including a 48-yarder in the thrid quarter.
