DES MOINES (AP) - Iowa State guard Heather Ezell was named an All-Big 12 second-team pick Monday.

The league also announced that Cyclones Allison Lacey and Kelsey Bolte were honorable mention All-Big 12 picks.

Ezell leads Iowa State with 12 points per game, reaching double figures in 18 contests.

Lacey averaged 10.1 points and a team-high 3.6 assists per game. Bolte scored 9.8 points per contest while shooting 38.3 percent from 3-point range.

"The Big 12 is the best league in the country, and to be mentioned as one of the better players in this conference is a great honor," Cyclone head coach Bill Fennelly said. "Heather had a great senior year, and I'm happy the coaches recognized that contribution to our team's success.

"It was also nice to see some kind of recognition for Aus (Lacey) and Kelsey on the seasons they've had."

Oklahoma's Courtney Paris was named the Big 12 Player of the Year for the third consecutive season, while OU head coach Sherri Coale won Big 12 Coach of the Year honors.

Iowa State is seeded third in this week's Big 12 tournament and ranked 18th nationally.
