Entries must be received by 5:00 p.m. on December 15, 2008. Receive a free admission pass to the Cedar Rapids Museum of Art or the Iowa Children's Museum for each entry form received. Confirmation of entry and free admission pass will be mailed to you on or before December 16, 2008.
