CLARKSVILLE - Peoples Community Health Clinic in Butler County will celebrate its grand opening with a reception April 26.
The event will be from 3 to 5 p.m. at the office, 118 S. Main St., in Clarksville. Tours will be available, and a program will begin at 4 p.m. U.S. Sen. Charles Grassley is also scheduled to speak.
Refreshments will be served at the nearby AMVETS Hall.
The new facility will provide basic medical and dental health care to anyone regardless of income and insurance coverage and will serve residents of Butler County and the surrounding area.
Other services include a lab, pharmacy, case management, social services and language interpretation.
Peoples Community Health Clinic is a federally qualified health clinic and is a satellite of Peoples Community Health Center in Waterloo.
