CEDAR FALLS - The Iowa Department of Public Safety's Division of Criminal Investigation is conducting an investigation at Malcolm Price Laboratory School.
The investigation comes at the request of the State of Iowa Auditor's Office and the Iowa Attorney General's office will serve in the role of prosecutor.
"At this time, no charges have been filed and the investigation is ongoing. The DCI is investigating to determine if white collar crime was committed. The students, faculty and staff at the school are not in harm's way," said John Quinn, the DCI director.
Price Laboratory School is located on the campus of the University of Northern Iowa. Malcolm Price Laboratory School provides clinical teacher education and research at the early childhood, elementary, middle, and high school levels. Price Laboratory School is part of the University of Northern Iowa's College of Education.
