WATERLOO - Police have arrested a Waterloo man who was injured in a July meth lab fire after finding a second lab at his home over the weekend.
Paul Allen Pitts, 45, of 338 Glendale St., was arrested Monday morning for two counts of possession of methamphetamine with intent to deliver, possession of marijuana with intent to deliver, manufacturing meth and possession of drug paraphernalia in connection with both incidents.

Then on Monday shortly before 1 a.m., officers noticed a strong odor of ether coming from his garage.
Task force officers obtained a search warrant and found two bottles of acid, tubing, mixing spoons, meth by-products and other items used to make meth, records state.
They also located meth, marijuana and $525 in cash, records state.
