--- Welcome to Iowa high school football fans who will be in town for state championship football games at the UNI-Dome. Today's games feature Class 1A finals at 10:05 a.m.; Class 2A finals at 1:05 p.m. and Class 3A finals at 4:05 p.m.
--- There is public ice skating at Young Arena, 125 Commercial St., Waterloo, from 3:30 to 5 p.m. Admission is $4 with a $3 skate rental fee.
--- The Festival of Trees gallery hours are 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. The gallery is located in the former Gap store at College Square Mall.
