-- Public ice skating at Young Arena in downtown Waterloo will be 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. The cost is $3 with $3 skate rentals.
-- Preschool Story Time will be 10:30 a.m. at the Waterloo Public Library.
-- The Book Club, a book discussion group for students in 6th- 7th- and 8th-grade, will be 7 p.m. at the Cedar Falls Public Library.
-- In boys' high school basketball substate action, the Class 3A substate final between Crestwood and West Delaware will be 6:30 p.m. at the McLeod Center in Cedar Falls. In Class 4A substate action, Linn-Mar and Cedar Rapids Jefferson will meet at 8 p.m. at the McLeod Center.
-- Makeup games from Monday are: Waterloo Columbus vs. West Marshall of State Center (Class 2A) will be 7 p.m. at Grundy Center High School. Northern University High School vs. West Central of Maynard (Class 1A) will be 7 p.m. at Waverly-Shell Rock High School.
