Events today in the Cedar Valley:
- 2-9 p.m. , the 33rd annual Eastern Iowa Sports show at the UNI-Dome in Cedar Falls. Huge display of fishing boats, pontoons, tent campers, travel trailers, motorcycles and ATVs. Booths will have information about fishing camps, fly-ins, Lake Michigan sports fishing, fishing tackle and campgrounds. Free tackle boxes to the first 200 kids 12 and under on Sunday. Admission for adults is $6; youth 10-15 $4; 9 and under free; Friday matinee 2-5 p.m. $3.
- 6 p.m., state Class 1A boy's basketball championship game, NU High vs. George-Little Rock.
- 6:30 p.m. , Comedy Troupe at the Cedar Falls Public Library. Half-Masted 3.2 will present a free one-hour performance.
7 p.m., 'Henry and Ramona' at the Waterloo Center for the Arts. Black Hawk Children's Theatre production. The play is adapted from Beverly Cleary's book "Henry and the Paper Route." For tickets, call 291-4484
7 p.m. Celebrity Film Series, Waterloo Center for the Arts, 225 Commercial St. Mayor Tim Hurley will be on hand for the free showing of the movie "The Great Escape."

- 7:30 p.m., 'The Vagina Monologues' productions at McCaskey Lyceum, Wartburg College, Waverly. Performances of the award-winning play written by Eve Ensler. Will feature Wartburg students, faculty and staff.
7:30 p.m. , West High Variety Show at West High Auditorium, Waterloo, featuring student acts as well as the jazz band, show choir, chamber orchestra, jazz choir and dance team. Celebrity judges will be Tara Thomas and Dewitt Jones.
Admission: $5 adults; seniors citizens (55 and older) admitted free.
- 7:30 p.m., Second Annual 10-Minute Play Festival at Strayer-Wood Theatre, University of Northern Iowa campus, Cedar Falls
The UNI Student Theatre Association presents 12 plays in one evening. Each is directed and produced by UNI students. Tickets: $5
- 8:30 p.m., Comedian Chris Fonseca with Jim Summers at Joker's, Fourth and Main streets in Cedar Falls
