-- The comedy troupe Half-Masted 3.2 will perform at 6:30 p.m. at the Cedar Falls Public Library. Doors open at 6 p.m.
-- The Celebrity Favorite Film Series will be 7 p.m. at the Waterloo Center for the Arts. The movie shown will be "The Gangs All Here." Admission is free.
-- The Waterloo Community Playhouse performance of "Unfinished Dreams" will be 7 p.m. today and 2 p.m. Sunday at the Waterloo Center for the Arts. For tickets, call 291-4494.
-- A public dance with DJ Faythe Kubik will be 7:30-11:30 p.m. at Electric Park Ballroom on the grounds of the National Cattle Congress in Waterloo. Admission is $9.
-- Nearly 100 UNI students are pulling an all-nighter at UNI's West Gym starting at 8 p.m. today to raise money for the St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
-- At Joker's, comedian Darryl Rhoades with Dan Whitehurst will perform with shows at 8:30 p.m. today and 9:30 p.m. Saturday. Tickets are $10 in advance and $12 at the door. Order by calling 266-1132 or going to www.barmuda.com.
-- The hip-hop group Gokh-Bi System will perform at 9 p.m. at Marty's Cafe at Luther College in Decorah. Tickets are $7 at the door.
