WATERLOO - A Waterloo man has been arrested in connection with an argument at a tavern where two people were stabbed.

Police were called to the Oasis bar, 307 W. Fifth St., early Sunday and found Fahrudin Sabic, 23, and Sulejman Hadzic, 23, both of Waterloo, with injuries consistent with a knife attack.

Both were taken to a nearby hospital and were later treated and released, police said.

Officers arrested Elvis Musedinovic, 27, of 627 Riehl St., for going armed with intent and two counts of willful injury causing serious injury.
