CEDAR FALLS - Two teenagers were treated for injuries after a fight Sunday night at teen night at Shag's, police said.
Police were called to the Black Hawk Village club at 11:38 p.m. Security had broken up the fight by the time police arrived and suspects had left the scene.
The two victims, both 15-year-old boys, were treated and released at Sartori Memorial Hospital.
No one has been arrested in connection with the fight. Police continue to investigate.
Officials with Barmuda Corp., which owns Shag's, said that according to club security, the incident arose when one young man assaulted another who reportedly was talking to his girlfriend. Manager Jerome Droll was in the club at the time. He said efforts were made to security the situation immediately and the persons causing the disturbance left the building.
"We would like to thank the officers who helped with the incident and will continue to work with them," said Kyle Dehmlow, vice president of operations at Barmuda.
