PLYMOUTH - An Osage woman was injured Monday night when her husband apparently swerved to avoid a deer and rolled their pick-up into a ditch.

According to the Worth County Sheriff's Department, Deborah Gage was transported to Mercy Medical Center- North Iowa by Mason City Fire Ambulance.

Plymouth Rescue also assisted at the scene.

Her condition is not available at this time.

Her husband Donald Gage refused medical attention at the scene.

The accident occurred a half-mile south of Highway 9 on Vine Avenue in Worth County.

It was reported at 8:34 p.m. Monday.
