JANESVILLE - The Bremer County Sheriff's Office arrested and charged three people with multiple counts of possessing and manufacturing methamphetamine.

Tracy Allan Hall, 49, was charged with manufacturing methamphetamine and possessing methamphetamine, pseudoephedrine, anhydrous ammonia and drug paraphernalia.

Douglas Steven Swinton, 27, was charged with manufacturing methamphetamine and possession of pseudoephedrine, anyhydrous ammonia and intent to deliver methamphetamine.

Jeffrey Lee Springer, 36, was charged with possession of methamphetamine.
