CHARLES CITY - A Floyd County man was arrested Friday after authorities found a methamphetamine laboratory at his home.
Kelly Caster, 28, of Charles City is charged with violating the state limits on pseuodephedrine purchases. Additional charges may be pending, Charles City police said. Caster was arrested after police served a search warrant on his home at 202 10th Ave.
The Iowa Division of Narcotics, North Central Narcotics Task Force and North Central Iowa Task Force Tactical Team assisted in the investigation.
