ELKADER (AP) - A 27-year-old Guttenberg man has pleaded guilty to drunken driving in a crash in northeast Iowa that killed one man and injured another.
Scott Wille pleaded guilty Tuesday to first-offense operating while intoxicated in a June 14 crash on U.S. Highway 52 in Clayton County. A vehicle driven by Wille crashed into an accident scene, where a tow truck was hooking up a car that had hit a guard rail earlier in the night.
The crash killed one man, 22-year-old Michael Clinton, and injured 21-year-old Daniel Rodriguez.
