WATERLOO - Two more teenagers have been arrested in connection with a report of a robbery Satruday at the JC Penney Store at Crossroads Center.
On Saturday afternoon, police arrested Dzenifa Kostic, 18, of Waterloo, for first-degree robbery for the incident. Later in the day, police took into custody Dzenan Kostic, 13, and Mirza Bacevac, 16, no addresses given. Dzenan and Bacevac, both males, was cited for first-degree robbery.
Police responded to the store about 12:10 p.m. on a report of a robbery. It was determined that there were three people involved - one adult female and two juvenile males - who were reportedly commiting a theft in the store when they were approached by store security. At that time, one of the juvenile males displayed a knife and ran from the store. The other two were also able to escape.
Police located the Kostics a short time later and continued their search until they located Bacavac, they said.
