OMAHA - A shooting in Omaha has claimed the life of a former Waterloo man.
Clenix "Zero" Orlando Martin, 30, of Omaha, was shot at about 10:44 p.m. Sunday near a relative's house.
He was taken to Nebraska Medical Center where he was pronounced dead, according to the Omaha Police Department.
No arrests have been made in the slaying.
Martin grew up in Waterloo and moved to Omaha sometime before 2002, according to Courier archives.
Services are pending with Hagarty-Waychoff-Grarup Funeral Service in Waterloo.
