WATERVILLE - Authorities on Sunday released the name of woman who died after falling from a utility terrain vehicle in Allamakee County.

Cynthia Petsche, 43, of Monona, was a passenger, according to the sheriff's office.

The incident happened at about 12:30 a.m. Saturday on Linton Drive. Petsche was taken by ambulance to Veterans Memorial Hospital in Waukon where she was pronounced dead.

The sheriff's office and the Iowa State Patrol are investigating the incident. They gave no further details on how Petsche died.
