Paramedics with Fairbank Ambulance took Lacey Mae Fuller, 22, of 1097 Baxter Ave., to Allen Hospital after she was found on Iowa Highway 281 shortly after 1 a.m.

Her condition wasn't immediately available, but the accident report states she received incapacitating injuries.

Witnesses told Black Hawk County sheriff's deputies that Fuller was headed west at about 80 to 90 mph when she apparently lost control of her Pontiac Grand Am, the accident report states.
