WATERLOO - Cellie Ann Carter, 55, of Waterloo, formerly of Moreno Valley, Calif., died Monday, July 14, at Cedar Valley Hospice.
She was born Jan. 2, 1953, in Teoc, Miss., daughter of Frank and Lou Emma Coleman Bryant.
She was a supervisor at Duetsch Aircraft Co., Banning, Calif., for many years until becoming ill.
She was a member of Park Avenue Baptist Church, Riverside, Calif., and Mount Carmel Missionary Baptist Church, Waterloo.
Survived by: her husband, Cleophas Carter of Delphi, La.; three daughters, Treasure Ann Carter of Waterlooand , Nefertiti Ann Mike and Bathsheba Ann Mike, both of Moreno Valley; a son, Richard Mike III of Sacramento, Calif.; her father and stepmother, Frank and Lillie Bryant of Greenwood, Miss.; two brothers Frank Bryant Jr. of Compton, Calif., and Greorge Bryant of Greenwood; seven sisters, Thelma Miller of Joliet, Ill., Lucy Woods of Lockport, Ill., Rose Loggins of Waterloo, Alberta Lowe of Moreno Valley, Mary Carey of Casa de Oro, Calif., and Frankie Henderson and Rosetta Weather, both of Long Beach, Calif.
Preceded in death by: her mother, Lou Emma Coleman; and a stepsister, Dorothy Ruth Standley, on May 10, 2008.
Private services and visitation: were Thursday at Greer Funeral Home. Burial will take place at a later date.
Memorials: may be directed to the family in care of the funeral home.
