WATERLOO - Richard Lee Anderson, 70, of Waterloo, died Wednesday, April 8, at Manor Care Nursing and Rehab Center of natural causes; services 11 a.m. Monday at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, with burial in Mount Olivet Cemetery; visitation 4 to 8 p.m. today at Hagarty-Waychoff-Grarup Funeral Service on South Street, 234-6274, where there will be a 4 p.m. rosary and 7 p.m. vigil service; visitation also for an hour before services Monday at the church; memorials to the family.

CEDAR FALLS - Patrick O'Connor Shields, 76, of Cedar Falls, died Friday, April 10, at his home; services 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at St. Patrick Catholic Church, with burial in Cedar Valley Memorial Gardens; full military honors will be conducted by Cedar Falls AMVETS Post #49; visitation 3 to 7 p.m. Tuesday at Richardson Funeral Home, 266-3525, where there will be a 7 p.m. vigil service and a Knights of Columbus rosary following; memorials to Cedar Valley Hospice or the family.

BRADFORD - Mavis Jeann Mutschler, 71, of Bradford, died Saturday, April 11, at her home; services 1:30 p.m. Wednesday at Sietsema-Vogel Funeral Home, Hampton, with burial at a later date in Hillside Cemetery, Sheffield; visitation from 10 a.m. until service time Wednesday at the funeral home.

DECORAH - Violet "Vi" Williams, 85, of Wood Dale, Ill., formerly of Decorah, died Saturday, April 4, at her daughter's home in Wood Dale; services 11 a.m. Thursday at First Lutheran Church, with burial in the Lutheran Cemetery, both in Decorah; visitation 4 to 7 p.m. Wednesday at Schluter-Balik Funeral Home, Decorah, (563) 382-8651, and for an hour before services Thursday at the church.

FORT ATKINSON - Paul H.
