CEDAR FALLS - They've shuffled, sidestepped and hustled, and now they're ready to dance.

The men of the University of Northern Iowa basketball team grappled their way to a Missouri Valley Conference championship and landed themselves a trip to the NCAA Tournament.

It's the fourth time in six seasons the team has made it to the Big Dance, and the first under head coach Ben Jacobson.
