CEDAR FALLS - Jessica Marie Flatt and David Matthew Fecik, both of Janesville, Wis., are announcing their engagement and approaching marriage.

Parents of the couple are Jerry and Shari Flatt of Dubuque, and John and Stephanie Fecik of Cedar Falls.

The bride-to-be is attending the University of Wisconsin Rock County, and her fiance is manager of Texas Roadhouse in Janesville.

Vows will be exchanged at 1:30 p.m. July 15 at Resurrection Church in Dubuque.
