Tonight: Snow likely, mainly after midnight. Increasing clouds, with a low around 4. Wind chill values as low as -10. Breezy, with a south southeast wind between 9 and 16 mph, with gusts as high as 22 mph. Chance of precipitation is 70 percent.
Today in the Cedar Valley, weather permitting:
--- The Waterloo Warriors high school hockey team will play Cedar Rapids at 6 p.m. at Young Arena, 125 Commercial St.
--- KUNI's Live from Studio One is an encore performance of the Burlington Street Bluegrass Band. Admission is $3 for those over age 12.
